      We accept the following forms of payment: All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners club), PayPal and Apple pay. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. We ask that you please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Should there be any delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you directly.

        4. Multiple Product Orders – 1/1/2014:

          For multiple product orders, we will make every effort to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

           

          5. Order Acceptance Policy – 1/1/2014:

            Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. I-CLIP – The small and sleek wallet reserves the right at any time to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

             

            6. Other Conditions – 1/1/2014:

              These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. I-CLIP – The small and sleek wallet reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.

               

              7. Out-of-Stock Products – 1/1/2014:

                Our website is designed to correctly reflect our inventory and shall not allow you to place orders for items which are out of stock. If, however, by human or computer error, an order for an out-of-stock item was accepted, we will ship your product as it becomes available. If this is the case, we will notify you of this directly.

                 

                8. Privacy – 1/1/2014:

                  We keep your personal information private and secure. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology. We do, however, use “cookies” to personalize your experience.

                   

                  9. Returns and Exchanges – 2/16/2017:

                    We have a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to notify us and then another 14 days to return the I-CLIP to our warehouse.

                    We will accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. In this case, you may either be refunded or sent a new I-CLIP. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made and which result in the receipt of incorrect products will also be accepted for exchange.

                    10. Shipping Policy – 2/16/2017:

                      Orders $50 and above include free shipping. For all other orders, we charge a flat rate of $5.00. We use USPS Priority Mail, which normally takes 2-4 business days (excluding processing time). Please note that we cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered by our chosen carrier to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion. Normally, all orders placed by 9:00am EST on a business day are processed and shipped on the same day, provided the product ordered is on stock. Otherwise, the order will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please consider that sometimes this processing time may be delayed, especially during the holidays, which can delay delivery times. Our website and social media pages will reflect any delays there may be. We ask that you please refrain from contacting us about the processing/shipping of your order, as we try our best to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Should there be any issues with the processing or shipping of your order, we will contact you directly.

                      Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, its territories and to overseas Military Post Offices (APO/FPO/DPO).                       Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state where I-CLIP – The small and sleek wallet holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the customer) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.

                       

                      13. Typographical Errors – 1/1/2014:

                      In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, I-CLIP – The small and sleek wallet shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. I-CLIP – The small and sleek wallet shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, I-CLIP – The small and sleek wallet will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
