7. Out-of-Stock Products

Our website is designed to reflect current inventory. In the rare event an out-of-stock item is ordered due to error, we will notify you and ship the product as soon as it becomes available.

9. Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to notify us and 14 days thereafter to return the product in unused condition and original packaging. Upon inspection and approval, a refund will be issued.

10. Warranty Policy

Your I-CLIP wallet comes with a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Depending on the issue, the wallet will be replaced or refunded.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or natural aging of materials. Warranty claims apply only to purchases made through our official website (usa.i-clip.com). Products purchased through third-party platforms such as Amazon or eBay are not covered.

How to claim your warranty:
Please email sales@fluxusa.net with:

  • A photo of the damaged part(s) or wallet, and

  • Proof of purchase (order number or purchaser’s name and email address).

11. Shipping Policy

All orders include free USPS Priority Mail shipping, which typically takes 2–4 business days (excluding processing). Orders placed by 9:00 AM EST on business days are generally processed and shipped the same day, if in stock.

Processing times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods. We will communicate any known delays via our website or social media.

Currently, we ship only within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

If your card has been charged, a refund for the incorrect amount will be issued.
