Refund policy

We want you to love your I-CLIP. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intention to return your product. Once your return request has been approved, you will have an additional 14 days to send the item(s) back to our warehouse.

Return Conditions
Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Products that are damaged or show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items
We accept returns for products that are defective due to manufacturing or workmanship issues. In such cases, you may choose between:
– A replacement I-CLIP, or
– A full refund of your purchase price.

Fulfillment errors that result in the receipt of incorrect products will also be accepted for exchange at no additional cost.
